One of the worst Pilates classes I’ve ever taken. This was my first time at this studio, and I arrived early, but the instructor never greeted me, showed me around, explained the equipment, or made any effort to welcome me as a new client. I was left to figure everything out on my own. The class itself was incredibly frustrating. I love this studio. I recently have taken classes with both Ellen and Katie and found both to be very helpful, with great instruction, and an engaging class! I am new and I would recommend getting there early to ask any questions and to not be stressed or cause a delay to other participants. What a great studio with kind instructors. Urban lagree is my favorite workout in Austin. It’s a difficult workout where you can really feel yourself getting stronger. They have the best instructors who give great adjustments.
