Arrived with one person ahead of me, desk called three people who arrived after me first. I guess first come first serve doesn’t mean anything here.
One of the guys here made me sit there trying to take a ua and would let me drink any water for a minute. I had just gotten off work and wasn’t able to get in any earlier. Granted I was in 30 minutes till closing but it would’ve been nice to be able to sit down and drink a little bit of water so I could actually produce a sample
Seth was very helpful. He was ready to give me a refund when i couldnt go and i had to get to work and instead had everything on stand by. I got on my break and he took care of me the second i walked in during my break. Truely impressive, good customer service and general good will help.
They usually are a good place to do your UAs but they are not reasonable nor patient with their clients, I couldn't piss and he said either now or it's gonna count as a miss. Not satisfied.
Quick and easy. I called around for the best value and they are! Everyone at the front was friendly. The office and bathroom were clean as well.
