A very great rental experience. The maintenance team was always very responsive and efficient in solving any issues.
I had a great experience with Urban Ithaca when I rented from them my junior year. Very accommodating, communicative, and if we ever had any issues or maintenance problems they'd be fixed within a day. Would highly recommend to any students looking to rent in collegetown!
