I rented with Urban Ithaca during my sophomore, junior, and senior years of being a student at Cornell. I lived in Collegetown Crossing with three other roommates, and it was a wonderful experience! They resolved any concerns or maintenance issues very quickly and were very communicative. They took care of our plants during long breaks and always kept the building/ apartment in great condition. The people at Urban Ithaca truly go above and beyond to keep tenants comfortable and happy!
The building is in a great location with everything you would need and the apartments have a lot of space. Highly recommend living here.
Great communication from the team at Urban Ithaca. Had a very lovely apartment and we always received notice of their tours.
