In May 2024 I got a bid from Kim to do a bathroom remodel. In June the work began, and almost from the outset, the project was plagued with issues. Contractors often did not show up when Kim said they would, wasting my time and lengthening the timeline of the project. Shoddy work had to be redone dozens of times. Poor quality workmanship and pointing it out to Kim was a waste of breath. Lack of communication, if you want updates as to when contractors will be onsite you must call/text her, she will not reach out first, which is stressful. She took no accountablity for any of it, including the handful of debri I dug out of the tub drain after her drywall and tiler installed the backer board and tile surround. Called and the Kim came out, measured, took pictures, but never got back to me ... very disappointing, guess that's better than getting ripped off...

I know Covid and been affecting a lot of businesses, are you guys still operating? I've tried calling and emailing but still haven't received a response. When we meet a few years back I always said I would contact your business to get my projects started. If you could I'd still like to give you all a shot before going elsewhere

Kim bid a small job at my place and was head-and-shoulders above every other contractor I spoke with regarding her professionalism and knowledge.
