Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Walked in with friends to browse and immediately got treated like garbage and told to leave by an extremely rude employee. No greeting, no explanation, just straight disrespect. If this is how they treat people who walk through the door, they don’t deserve anyone’s money. Take your business literally anywhere else.
extremely rude staff.. little to no regards for customer service or general kindness. if you are having a bad day, so be it, but don’t let that interfere with how you work in a professional setting at your company. if furniture is out, it’s for trying PRIOR to buying and I can see how it feels for a bit. 0/5 if I could 😡
Never been kicked out of a store just for existing until today. The employee was rude, dismissive, and acted like we were a problem the second we walked in. Absolute joke of a business. Customer service is nonexistent and clearly they don’t want customers. We were just checking out a couch considering to purchase and a staff member comes and kicks us out saying that they are closing but we checked online and they don't close for another hour. Also being extremely rude.
Rude, unprofessional, and hostile staff. Walked in to look around and was told to leave with attitude for no reason. Easily the worst furniture store I’ve ever been to.
Joy was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable and lended her expert eye to help us pick out a cohesive and beautiful setup for our entertainment space. This is our third purchase from Urban Interiors over 5 years. We will keep coming back.
