We purchased a heavy Natuzzi bookshelf and a console from this store with the help of Russell. Because the bookshelf is tall and very heavy, we specifically asked whether installation and wall-mounting were included. Russell assured us that the L-shaped safety brackets would be provided and that someone would install the unit on-site. Unfortunately, none of that happened. I can’t sing the praises of Joy at Urban Interiors enough! She’s knowledgeable, intuitive, listens well, has great taste and a calming presence, and she inspires the utmost confidence. In addition, we have found that store routinely carries the best furniture at the best price, never over promises, and always surprises with quick and efficient delivery! We won’t go anywhere else!
