Best furniture store in Washington state
Order #626778 We bought this nightstand, dresser, and bed set from Urban interiors a while back. The more I inspect it, the more I notice paint drips and gaps that are not filled. There are also damaged spots that seem to have been painted over. I emailed Ameena, from whom we bought the set, about some of these problems the day that the furniture arrived (10/26) and never received a response. Overall, disappointed.
Great service and a beautiful dining table! It took approximately four weeks for delivery, and while I had to follow up a few times regarding shipping, everything ultimately went smoothly. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the ordering process, as they still rely on paper to record details. That said, my experience with Russel was fantastic!
