Lauren is a very skilled massage therapist who clearly takes a lot of care and pride in her work. I have seen her several times and always walk away feeling better for the longterm. She listens to needs and is also very intuitive. So glad to have found her (through a recommendation) and her location is super convenient. I recommend a full 90 minutes!
Lauren is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about all types of body challenges...basically recommended everything I heard from my physical therapist...and made the rest of my body feel amazing!

I was having a terrible time with the muscles in one shoulder. Lauren suggested a position I had not tried before. It was just great! Lauren was friendly and attentive, as well as professional.
