I wish I had done my homework. Scott Chaplan & Urban are the worst. They will take your $ and stop taking your calls.
My experience with this company was a waste of my time & money. I applied for a single unit and my income qualified. Plus I gave a $300 holding deposit. I want to point this out that when i handed in the holding deposit, the manager said i was the first applicant. Anyways, they said I didn't qualify because my income didn't meet the requirement......which it clearly did. Then they suggested me to take the bachelor which didn't have a kitchen. I told them i did meet the requiremenr and then they came up with that someone else... read more

Give yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Baby cockroaches everywhere. You can’t do anything about it because 1. Good luck having the manager help you with that. 2. The windows are not completely closed so you always have flies and outdoor creatures going inside your apartment. Also, the area is all ghettos.
