they need to update their hours of operation. I came to buy a product at 7:40pm and there was still staff in the salon but the door was closed. An employee right next to the window who was doing her own hair gestured with her hands that they closed at 7pm
Horrible experience! The entire appointment from walking in to paying took 30 minutes. 30 seconds of which I was given to explain what I wanted done. He burnt my hair and my scalp and ripped so much of my hair while aggressively brushing it. My scalp literally hurts. He thinned my hair so much and didn’t give me what I wanted at all. So expensive for such a horrible, rushed, and painful experience.
Had the BEST experience here! Was trying to find a new salon in the area and got in for an appointment with Andre. Got a partial highlight/haircut and it’s the best my hair has ever looked. Andre and all of the other employees who I met were so nice and welcoming. I keep getting compliments on how good the color looks and I am so happy with it! Will 100% be back.
There are not enough superlatives to say about Elvira. She is such a master that strangers on the street compliment me on the cut and color.
Came in for my first appointment ever and was absolutely blown away. Phenomenal service— from check in to check out and all the in between, I truly felt taken cared of. Truly haven’t had great customer service like this in a very long time. Nash is extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process.
