Megan has done a number of creative colors for me, and always knocks it out of the park. Ive done 2 splits, and a full head of Blue. Every time I leave a very happy customer. Every bleach process has been painless, and the service here is second to none. Plus all the diet coke I can drink doesn't hurt. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I tried to call Urban Halo Salon multiple times to book my appointment. First, they literally never pick up the phone. And whoever finally did answer (I’m pretty sure her name is Maria) had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE I SWEAR. Her tone is so rude and I just hung up the phone and went booked an appointment at Salon Simis (which btw I highly recommend).

Every aspect of my experience at Urban Halo has been excellent! The staff at the salon are friendly and welcoming and never hesitate to check in to see if I need anything. I have been going to Elvira for 15 years for my highlights and hair cuts. She is the ultimate professional! Elvira has always done an amazing job with my hair and I trust her 100%.
