Absolutely a horrible experience at this salon! I went in to get partial highlights and hair cut with hair dresser named Denise. She seemed to know how to do my hair and I trusted her. It came out good that day after she styled my hair, however after washing my hair a couple of days later, my hair was frizzy, heavy and harder to control than before I went in.
