I had an incredible experience here! Tayler was my hair stylist, and she did an amazing job! She was so kind and patient, and really took her time to answer all of my questions and help me figure out what haircut would be best for me! And the end result is absolutely beautiful! I truly love my new hair and I will definitely be back to see her again! Can not recommend enough!!

Too hard to even make an appointment. You call, they text you and send you to a non-functional website where you can't book. Then text you back 90 times instead of answering the phone. Just loosing business through being incompetent. Could have scored an easy $100-120 on services but can't be bothered to actually make appointments. The sad thing is they are probably great professional stylists but their business is organized in a very inconvenient way. It's easier to deal with literally any other barber shop or salon.
It says to book appointment use “The Cut” app but urban hair doesn’t show up on the app. I also tried to call without anyone answering.
