Louis Cornejo of Urban Group did an extraordinary job of selling two parcels in the Mission District several years ago for us. Now, when we when we had another two parcels for sale, we of course asked Louis to facilitate this transaction. There were several huge pitfalls that had to be overcome, and he overcame them.
