RecommendedI retract my critical comment. After seeing my rating, they contacted me again and refunded the full amount. Took a little work, but good follow up. Bad experience here. I asked an employee for a DI cartridge for my greenhouse water purification system. He gave me a cartridge, I paid and went home to install it. I finally figured out why it didn’t work, because he gave me a carbon filter, not a DI cartridge. The next day they refused to take the return and refused to refund me because it had been opened.
