I could not find the soil or pots that I needed anywhere, until I called here. The person who answered the phone was great and even offered to set the stuff aside for me until I got there. They gave me fantastic growing advice and even loaded my stuff up for me. 😊 Really good pricing too.
We love this store! The staff are always very very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge, it's conveniently located and generally has the gardening supplies we need.

Customer service at urban garden has always been genuine. I've had good luck with all of their products and advice. The shop is looking great with all the products I've needed.
Bought the aqua clone cloner 3 days into owning it the suction cups stopped working the pump stop making bubles and everything died. Called them and they basically told me there is nothing we can do and you can't return it. We will be taking our business to blue seal grow center where your not just a number
