We're in a rental property and our garage door wouldn't open. The agent arranged for a service, with approval to change the motor. Eddie arranged to come by next day and re-aligned the door, made some adjustments and all looked and sounded good. Unfortunately, the door again stopped working next morning, so sent a message and Eddie was onsite to replace the motor the same morning. This is an amazing service level! I can highly recommend Urban Garage Doors, and particularly Eddie (who is a great bloke to go with it!).
