We have used Eddie for a number of years and couldn’t fault his experience and customer care. Today we installed our new roller door through Urban Garage Doors and can’t fault his workmanship, cleanliness and experience. Definitely will be using them for future services

If only there were more operators like Eddie. Great service! Took time out over the phone to help me reset my remotes and roller door genuinely can't express how good it was to have someone just happy to help - If you want service that you can trust and rely on, don't go past Eddie at Urban Garage Doors- "6 / 5 stars" - thanks Eddie

Eddie installed the motor to my garage door in April. My garage door makes squeaky sound when it's open 2month later after installation of motor (there was no sound when it was installed in April). I contacted hime and he said I have to pay call out fee to see if the issue is from motor or door. I wanted to have the service from him every year but I recognise this is not worth from these customer service. I have to pay for another business for call out fee extra and choosing this business was big mistake.
