Urban Garage were simply superb! Not only did they give us a very reasonable price but their product is far superior to any garage door we’ve ever had. Guy and his team are super professional! They delivered on time and when they came to install they worked in an efficient manner and set up the new door perfectly aligned. They even helped us set up automatic opening and closing from our three cars. I would highly recommend working with Urban Garage and am grateful that we chose them!!

When I called Urban Garage Door to report a broken spring, someone called back within minutes. within an hour the technician (named Or) was quickly able to determine the factors that had led to the problems that led to failure of the spring, He replaced the poor quality spring, replaced it with a top quality western-made spring. He re-aligned the rails, explaining how the previous misalignment caused to noise and extra stress on the system.
