Let's start with Jessica, our server. She was extremely patient, sweet, and attentive. We asked for coffee, and we were told that the milk steamer was broken. Needless to say, we were put off. Jessica went took our iput and came back with delicious coffee. Fast forward to later, she mentioned the machine was indeed not broken as she was told and asked if we wanted another cup. Jessica was exceptional. Her customer service goes above and beyond expectations. The food is great. The vibe is very cool. We'll be back.
We are long time customers and generally have had good experiences. Today for the first time we ordered our son gluten-free kids flatbread. The server did not tell us that it would be $22 for the “kids” flatbread and the quality of the flatbread gluten-free was awful - cardboard with some cheese. Pizza press charges $3 e tra and it’s MUCH BETTER!! We’ve had a good run at this restaurant, but we will not be back. Food came out late. My wife’s wine never arrived.
