I recently quit being a patient there. On my last visit I was denied service because they had instituted a new policy within the previous six weeks and not bothered to notify me about it. This new policy requires patients having certain insurances to provide proof that they have paid their insurance premium for that month. If you don't have written proof then you will not be seen.
