I had a great experience at Urban Eyewear while buying glasses for my son. The two ladies who work there were very friendly, patient, and helpful. They took the time to explain the different options and helped us find the best choice without any pressure. When I came back to pick up the glasses, they even gave us lens cleaning supplies, which was a nice touch. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Urban Eyewear!

Went there about a year and a half ago. The doc who checked my eyes was super nice very helpful. But the people working were kind of rude/stuck up when I couldn’t find a style frame I liked. Also super expensive (I believe it was $1000 for one pair) Went back to get my prescription and they were super rude when I asked to get it printed out, cause I didn’t like anything there.
