Dr. Patel and her staff are wonderful to work with. My daughter was having some issues with school and Dr. Patel directed us to a specialist who could help and it has made a huge difference! I had been using reading glasses a lot, but now I rarely need them because of my new contact prescription. We highly recommend Dr. Patel and Urban Eyes!
Raise your hand if you believe a single review for this crap business is real. Me neither. Stepping into the shopette results in immediate disappointment, a junkyard would have a more diverse and better selection of eyewear than this place. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION THEY WILL LOCK IT IN THEIR SYSTEM TO MAKE IT INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO LEAVE AND FIND A REAL EYEGLASSES STORE. learned this the hard way, now all I can do is warn people and wait for the inevitable Panda Express that will take their place.

I've recently had to accept the fact that I'm getting older and I need to wear glasses or contacts pretty much all the time. Dr. Patel has been great to work with! I've been pretty high maintenance during this whole transition and have never once felt rushed or dismissed. She has been incredibly patient with me as I've tried 3 different contact lens set ups and always answers all of my (many) questions. She's creative in her solutions and meticulous in the exam. I'm happy to be able to see clearly again. Highly recommend!
