I've always had the most positive experiences at Urban Eyes. I'm very nearsighted in one eye with severe astigmatism, but Dr. Tom was able to fit me with the right contact lens. He is professional, thorough, and courteous, and his staff is a pleasure to work with. Urban Eyes also has a great selection of attractive eyeglass frames, so it's very easy to find something that you really like.
Good, friendly honest service – I had long been unhappy with my eye doctor, at least since his office moved out of my area many years ago. A friend recommended Urban Eyes and Dr. Lawrence Tom. He was friendly, a good communicator and while he has many high end products, was not at all pushy in selling them. I felt both comfortable and confident with my new eye doctor. After all, eyes are important.

Best Eyeshop in SFO! – The staff and doctors are extremely friendly and helpful. Nell is the best, she'll take good care of you! They have all of the top designers and frames, they're kind of expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for...all great quality, timely in delivery and they take most all insurance plans.
