I have to put my foot down. The level of harassment I have received from this company in the last 2 weeks is insanity. They have rung my doorbell multiple times during my work day while I am trying to work from home. They have accosted me while getting into my car. They have tried to talk to me while I'm in front of my house while gardening. They have left flyers and cards. I cannot take it anymore. John and Jenn Hess are a great team and were a pleasure to work with. They worked closely with my insurance company after a huge branch from our Silver Maple tree fell on our roof caving it in and causing horrible damage inside and out! We felt like John was our advocate as well as out general contractor. We have dealt with many contractors over the 35 plus years we have lived in our home, and John Hess was the BEST!

I worked with the Urban Exteriors team (John, Jennifer, Abdalla and the rest) and I am very pleased to say without hesitation that repairing and replacing the entire roof, gutters, vents, and flashing was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve ever had. It was a big job and they handled every aspect of it incredibly well. I strongly recommend that you use them!
