Customer I have been to urban exchange so many times, they are so helpful and kind, there prices are wonderful, been able to get up to date clothes for teens at afortable prices that I would not be able to do in the other stores, Thank you Urban exchange
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Clothes are either too tiny for children or too XXL, black clothes are faded, some clothes have holes and the girl with black hair is an awful cashier!
Seriously, this place has the best brands! I brought in a bag of clothes to sell here and at first was dissapointed because they only took a few of my things I brought in, but after shopping around I realized this wasn't just a used clothing thrift store,,, they had incredible stuff! The brands they carry(like True Religion & Ed Hardy & Hollister and Abercrombie, oh and lot's of Juicy) I actually was embarrased of the stuff I brought in after seeing all the great things there. I Love this store ,Trendy , Affordable & Fun I Love this store , The owner is extremely nice and helpful ,They carry all the best brands at unbeatable prices . Yes they are used clothes ,She usually only buys what is "in" She doesn't buy junk . Some items are brand new . I have been shopping there for a few years now . If you like trendy clothes this is the place to go . As far as customer service They don't have a staff per say ,They all are helpful when buying items . My experience Well first of all it is hard to find; to my surprise I walked in to find a young girl working there with no supervision; though she was very helpful it made me feel uneasy. So basically no customer service and really didnt like the atmosphere. dont really know if I recommend this store. Not up to date fashions...
