It isn't very often where you find a place that caters to kids and adults where both can enjoy themselves and not get the way of the others. This is such a place. And being is such a place, working out has become a family affair. The facility is top notch and the staff is tops too. They have a lot of classes for adults and a lot of classes for children. Truly a family place to go.

My review is not directed to the gym as a whole, just the aerial silks program. After completing the introductory class I registered in the level 1 class, as suggested. My first few weeks of classes I took with a woman and they were great, she was knowledgable and helpful as I was a beginner. I took a few weeks off and then registered for another class. This class is the reason I will not be returning to this gym. There was a different instructor this time, a man. Online there is a schedule of what is taught each week, he di... read more
