This is a late review for the service I got done in January 2026. I would not recommend them for a layered/butterfly style haircut. I have thick hair so I am particular about what I want for my hair. I showed them pictures to show what I exactly wanted but the haircut wasn’t anything like I asked. I am only writing this now because I still hate doing my hair even after all these months because of the haircut I got. I would not go back to this place.
I had the pleasure of seeing Kenna when she was still in cosmo school, and if I thought she was good then, she is STELLAR now!! She is incredibly knowledgable. She always checks in about pressure, temperature, and opinions as the service continues. I have been taking my daughter here and Jordyn does an awesome job with her cut and color. I went with someone else and wasn’t 100% happy with my color. The customer service was outstanding. They refunded me and Kayla fixed the color. Really impressed. Customer for life.
Jess is absolutely incredible. She is truly amazing. She has rescued my hair and perfected my bronde!! Also, she is the absolute sweetest human.
