Wonderful shop with wonderful artists. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get any work done. I had a watercolor tattoo done by Rowell. I absolutely love it. He listened to my ideas for what I was looking for and created a work of art. I couldn't be happier with the final result.

Only done my first session so far, but I absolutely LOVED this artist. I have a wicked low pain tolerance, and I'm getting a full rib piece done (slowly) Rowell worked with me, listened to any issues I was having, spent time giving me breaks and breathers, and went at a pace I could handle. What a FANTASTIC ARTIST. I can't wait for my next sessions!!!!
Mathew was very good as far as drawing exactly what I wanted. The work he put out was even better than that. Very clean shop too. Very nice experience all together.
I recently got a cover-up, watercolor, tattoo with Rowell at Urban Element. Very happy with the service and results. This shop is very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They are appointment only, but I've found this ultimately worked to my advantage. I met with Rowell a couple weeks prior and he designed just what I described to cover up my previous tattoo just perfectly. No cookie cutter art given here!
