Have lived with them a little over 3 years and love this company!
I rented two apartments from Urban Dwell from 2022-2025. The property manager, Adam, is always kind and organized. The maintenance was always efficient and helpful. The second apartment at E. Clay St. was my favorite apartment I’ve ever had with a beautiful view of the Richmond skyline from my living room. The only good thing about living here is the responsiveness and care of the PM Adam and the Maintenance guy Scott. All other facets of the ownership of these properties is haphazardly handled and not on the side of the tenants whatsoever. Be cautious when leasing here.
The client service I received from Adam has been nothing less than amazing! I haven’t moved into my unit yet but the attention and help that I’ve received from him has pushed me to write a review! He went above and beyond to make sure that we found the right fit for my lifestyle and budget. I am soon to begin my second year in my studio on Clay Street and couldn't be happier. Adam, the property manager, has always been communicative and easy to work with. Additionally, Scott in maintenence is always very responsive, usually responding and fixing needed repairs within 24 hours. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to move down to Shockoe area!
