The Staff or the workers that work at the front desk are always awesome, well-mannered, & friendly. I have nothing bad to say about them. The Urban Dog is such an amazing facility! The employees really care for the dogs, are attentive and always so nice! They always make room for Dallas, even on the busiest of weekends. Pricing is also very fair for the services they provide!

I have such bad anxiety, especially when it comes to my fur babies but I have no worries when I board them here! I know they are being looked after SO well and they even get walked/played with MULTIPLE times a day! I love their longer hours too which means they aren’t being left alone at boarding at night for 12+ hrs! My dogs love the daycare too and have so much fun, even though they are shy and reserved around other dogs. I always get regular updates as well!
