Took my bike in for insurance work. Signed the check for repairs and 2 weeks became just over a month. Got the bike back with loose bolts, missing parts, wrong pipes and many other thing that were just wrong. Was told the reflector on the saddlebag hinge wasn't included with the purchase of the lever hardware. Guess that means that they just forgot to get it in the bid to the insurance co. Though I was taking my bike to the best people in town. Guess I was wrong.

Updates to come soon urban will be doing some custom work on my bike before the weather gets nice then we will be rocking and rolling on a badass Street Glide looking forward to doing business with them.
