Find any other company to work with. The communication is terrible at best and the fees they charge are horrendous. I’m not sure how they stay in business when there are plenty of other quality companies to work with. I wouldn’t even consider purchasing a property if it was listed by them.
From beginning to end it was a great experience. Brandon did everything to help us with any questions or concerns. He is so professional and friendly, easy to get along with. Anna was so nice at closing and explained everything so well. Thank you all. Jan & Doug.

I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but I had the absolute worst experience of my life. Dana Kirk did not know what she was doing as an agent. She, not once, showed up with paperwork for us on any of the houses we saw. She went behind our back, and was asking for more money “for us” from our loan agency, that we did NOT approve. We were never talked to about “more money” until our loan agency was so confused that they reached out to us, to understand, when I had no idea about it.
