I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but I had the absolute worst experience of my life. Dana Kirk did not know what she was doing as an agent. She, not once, showed up with paperwork for us on any of the houses we saw. She went behind our back, and was asking for more money “for us” from our loan agency, that we did NOT approve. We were never talked to about “more money” until our loan agency was so confused that they reached out to us, to understand, when I had no idea about it. I have to give another review on this realtor Erica boller. We contacted her to find us a house. Everything was going good on finding a house. Then it come to the time to sell our house. She agreed to give us a 1% off her commission if we agreed to have her sell our house. The reason is if we instead used one of our mortgage Lenders realtors to sell our house we would get 1% back.
