I came here specifically for a latte, expecting a properly prepared drink with latte art. Instead, I received a latte with no art at all. When I asked about it, the staff simply said that sometimes it just doesn’t work. That response was disappointing and showed little concern for the quality of the experience.

Their salted caramel latte is one of the best I’ve ever had. It is not too sweet and the caramel adds a nutty flavor to the latte, very balanced taste.

Place has gone downhill over the years. The employee taking orders looks and acts like they are not getting paid or paid well. And they talk like they are doing you a huge favor and couldn't be bothered if you ask any questions about the drink. The croissant was worse than what I could do by Microwaving a walmart bought croissant. They don't even bother to toast properly. The drink quality is also going down. Most likely a management issue.

The Macrina bakery scone was so stale as to be inedible and the tea was overpriced and bitter, probably because the tea is not properly stored. What a tremendous waste of time and money.
