I live uptown Hoboken & always want to make this a regular spot but every single time I come in I seem to be the last thing they're thinking about. They never try to put in the extra effort & eveything just seems to be work i can't describe it but it's just not a local vibe lol the bartender told me "sorry last call" on the night final 4 game with a full bar So I walked to the Madison with some friends for a few drinks & when we walked home urban still had people at the bar.. so last time giving them a try
Ema and the UCH staff provide a laid back atmosphere. Food made to order that is always hot & fresh. Brunch offered on weekends. Espresso Martini highly recommended made by Ema.
Today was my birthday and first we sat at a booth and the woman was nice in the beginning and we ordered the food and the appetizers were good but the food was not good and I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was well done and the pizza was burnt and even I am a good chefs even our waitress was okay in the beginning. Bar could not make a drink that was on previous special menu from website. Then requested Guinness and was told they were out.
