Nothing but positive experiences with Urban City Rentals. All issues that we had with our apartment were dealt with almost immediately and in a professional manner. Carey is super friendly and communication was always on point. Highly recommend Urban City Rentals!

I am a former tenant of Urban City Rentals. From my personal experience. I would say Carey Chan is probably the worst rental agent you can find in Vancouver. He would stand with the landlord and fully attack the tenant when things happened. Stay away from this agency at all cost! We got a unit from them and it was really disgusting.The kitchen cupboards were extremely dirty and the carpet was full of hair. The toilet seat was yellowish with dry pee on it. There was children stickers on every wall.We spent hours cleaning our new apartment!The oven and the dryer were broken. We spent almost a month before they fixed the oven. The dryer is still not functioning after 6 weeks. There are only 2 words to describe Urban City Rentals: Unfair and Mediocre
