We had a very disappointing experience working with Carey at Urban City Rentals. Our unit remained vacant for about three months, during which we encountered ongoing issues with marketing, communication, and accountability. The listing contained inaccuracies, was not widely marketed, and did not include professional photos (I even offered them my old personal photos). I attended a viewing with Carey and, despite apologizing for being a few minutes late, I received no communication afterwards. I even followed up twice by email and was ignored. People take time out of their day to attend viewings, and the very least you can do is communicate. The lack of professionalism and disregard for prospective tenants speaks volumes.
It is stressful being a landlord today. Previously I had really bad experiences with rental management companies. A coworker recommended Urban City Rentals. This has given me peace of mind! I found great tenants and received the rent I had hoped for. Thank you Corey and Urban City!
