Urban Cirque is amazing! Aerial silks was on my bucket list for a while, and I was nervous to start as an adult. They have adult beginner classes and are SO nice. They have provided such a fun outlet for me to try new skills without feeling embarrassed. If you are thinking of trying an apparatus - try it here!
