Urban Chase Property Management has been vandalizing personal property by putting hard to remove stickers on car windows- including the windows of their own tenants! Here is a picture of them stuck on two different cars over the past week. Both of these individuals have stated that they either couldn't remove the stickers or had a very hard time removing them- especially after a few hours in the sun. This is vandalism and utterly unacceptable
Toured an apartment, sent in an application and additional documents as requested, then was told over email after the fact that I could secure the apartment by submitting the security deposit. I emailed back later that day saying I'd like to pay the deposit. I received a response the next day saying someone else had come and paid the deposit. Hey leaving this review as a counter review ro the 1 stars. I've lived at my place for almost 2 years and the management has always been nice and helpful. I think the main reason people place low reviews is because these are low income housing which can inevitably lead to bad apples that think their side of the story is true. If you are a chill renter and don't break your lease or cause issues this place is then great.
One star is beyond generous for this place. Unsafe. Impossible to get a hold of anyone in management or in maintenance. We lived without a window for a month in winter. Utah Code Section 57-17-3(2) this is the Law stating that landlord must return deposit within 30 days of move out.... The landlord will not return your deposit or phone calls, or texts, or emails....etc. we are taking Urban Chase Property to Small Claims Court.
