Absolutely awful. Never getting back to me. My calls goes straight to voicemail without a return call. No emails returned. No texts returned. Pretty sure I'm never seeing my deposit again. ZERO STARS!!!
One star is beyond generous for this place. Unsafe. Impossible to get a hold of anyone in management or in maintenance. We lived without a window for a month in winter. Utah Code Section 57-17-3(2) this is the Law stating that landlord must return deposit within 30 days of move out.... The landlord will not return your deposit or phone calls, or texts, or emails....etc. we are taking Urban Chase Property to Small Claims Court.
