The nastiest place to live ever! The place is full of trash and people who don’t care that this is other peoples homes. Parking is horrible and they WILL tow you without notice. The staff is ok and sometimes pretend to care and then there’s Leindray the boy leasing agent, he is horrible!!!! He has followed me on multiple occasions videoing me telling me that he is management and will evict whoever I am visiting even tho I live here already! Such horrible mess prices shouldn't go higher.so many issues. They broke my windows car as well also safe either to much noisy. So awful and garage door still open not fix it. So much problems still not fix low pressure water so awfull .
I wish I could give more stars! Johanna and the entire team is amazing! After another complex royally screwed us over with our application, leaving us unhoused, I called, almost in tears and the team here was on top of it, working as fast as possible to get us in a home! These people are amazing!!!
Urban Center Apartments – The Worst Place I’ve Ever Lived. This place is absolutely disgusting. The dirtiest, smelliest, most poorly managed apartment complex I’ve ever seen in my life. The hallways stink, the garbage areas are overflowing, and nobody here seems to care about basic cleanliness or respect for tenants. Parking? A complete nightmare.
