While this complex has its challenges, I do enjoy living here. The units are great, and surprisingly soundproof. Great storage and washer and dryer in unit is awesome. Definitely the best value for your dollar. The new management team is making huge strides in securing the building and assuring people’s safety!
living next door to this place is a literal nightmare, constantly hearing DV fights, cops almost always here once a day, drug paraphernalia everywhere, drug deals, cars getting broken into, homeless people living in the garages & stairwells, i’ve never heard anything good about this place even from their own residents. quite literally watched two men smoking off of foil on their balcony from my window lol this place needs a whole do-over.
I just wanna leave a review for the new management team and thank them for taking the time to be responsive and quick on the issues that my fiancé and I had been trying to get things that we had already contacted the office about before removed off of our rent or bill and I am very excited and extremely hopeful for the new management, so thank you guys and keep up the good work, also, when it comes to the unfortunate damage to areas and homeless people and drug behavior or people that aren’t residence, this is not something ... read more
So allied residental has been here for a few months now and things are already looking so much better. The courtyard area in front of the office was pressured washed and looks so nice now. The nasty area by the mailroom and the lofts has been pressured washed. (That REALLY REALLY NEEDED to be done) Dog shit has been getting picked up. Some areas are still pretty bad but not nearly as bad as when I first moved here. For the most part the office staff is great. I'm really proud of the changes that are happening.
