've lived at Urban Center for a while now, and I’ve seen first-hand how much progress has been made since new management took over. There have been a lot of positive changes from upgraded security to property improvements and increased maintenance responsiveness. Well, a huge difference was noticed with the new management who took over in 2025, also the maintenance service got much faster in responding to our order requests. I placed an order to fix a broken door yesterday, Jorge and Alberto from maintenance showed up this morning with a great attitude and did a wonderful job. Thank you
I’m really impressed with the new management! Ever since they took over, things have improved so much in the building. They actually listen to residents, and any time we submit a complaint or maintenance request, they respond quickly and professionally. They’ve already fixed a lot of the previous issues, and you can really feel the difference. The building is cleaner, safer, and well-maintained.
