I’ve contacted management multiple times regarding a resident’s German Shepherd that barks nonstop throughout the day and night, and it’s honestly unbelievable how horrible management is at handling resident concerns because absolutely nothing has been done about it. Their response was that since they “haven’t received any other complaints,” they can’t do anything and that I should contact law enforcement instead. What a disgusting place to live. DO NOT rent here. Unless you’re ok with homeless drug addicts shooting up in front of your door, having your car broken into, IN THE GARAGE, Fire alarm going 3 times a week, and more! THIS PLACE IS FAR FROM SAFE OR LUXURY
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Urban Center Apartments has become one of the most unpleasant places to live. The property is poorly managed and the professionalism of some staff is extremely concerning. One staff member, Lee, openly pushes his religion by writing scriptures on his welcome board where residents can clearly see it at his desk. I had a problem to arise in my building , with no hesitation , the property manager along with Jackie were quick to resolve it . Im really appreciative to them for accommodating me so expeditiously. Love my new apartment
