I had a problem to arise in my building , with no hesitation , the property manager along with Jackie were quick to resolve it . Im really appreciative to them for accommodating me so expeditiously. Love my new apartment

I do love this apartment. The staff is wonderful, it’s being updated. The only objection I have to this place is the sheer disregard my neighbors seem to have for each other and their spaces. While I see staff struggling to keep up with the issues, they can’t be everywhere, all the time. But residents will leave dog poop everywhere. They will stack garbage in front of chutes (even when chutes are clear). Garbage and broken glass left in the garages. The nastiest place to live ever! The place is full of trash and people who don’t care that this is other peoples homes. Parking is horrible and they WILL tow you without notice. The staff is ok and sometimes pretend to care and then there’s Leindray the boy leasing agent, he is horrible!!!! He has followed me on multiple occasions videoing me telling me that he is management and will evict whoever I am visiting even tho I live here already!
