Well this builder is late for everything. Maybe they should name their company Sloth Capital Property. Insane amount of delay in construction, unit missing many of components (refrigerator, washer, dryer, closet doors and more) from the beginning of occupancy to at least 2 weeks and longer, long interim occupancy period, took almost a year to address all issues in 30 day PDI form (some I heard their issues are still not fixed even though been living more than one year), closing cost (SOA) provided just 3 days before the clos... read more
