Just continuously awful. Definitely order from the other place in town. A few years ago they were okay but I had a $95 arrangement delivered today and the person sending it paid for expedited delivery. They missed the delivery window, and when I did get the "arrangement", it's a Walmart looking pot of half dead plants. And no, they weren't left in the sun. It's just trash. Walked into Urban Bloom in Vegreville and was instantly impressed by how beautiful the space is. The selection of plants and florals was way better than I expected — everything looked super fresh and well cared for. You can tell they put a lot of love into what they do. I ordered a bouquet and ended up getting something even more stunning than what I paid for — full, vibrant, and so thoughtfully done. Will definitely be back!

I ordered an expensive arrangement of tulips to be delivered and the product that was delivered was very disappointing. When I called to let them know I was unhappy the gentleman I spoke to could have cared less. I will NOT be ordering from them again. Clearly they aren’t worried about their quality of service they are giving.

Great experience ordering flowers for my Mom. The arrangement I picked online wasn't available, but they reached out to let me know right away & they substituted it beautifully. Very impressed & I will definitely be using this shop again!

beautiful flowers but the idiotic deliverry person left it outside so it was frozen to death - all they had to do was knock and be sure that we got it - there were cars visible so they knew we were home!
