When I say, when I moved to Round Rock choosing Kayleigh at Urban Betty was the thing I got right on the first try! She is so kind and knowledgeable and helped me take my hair to the next level. She took the time to really make sure she understood what I wanted while be willing to have an honest conversation about what made sense with my budget. She is now my go to girl!

I’m really let down with my parting experience with Urban Betty. I had been seeing a stylist, Anshu, for a few years. I thought that I was a client and also a friend. I couldn’t have been more wrong. She had forgotten about an appointment she set with me, which mistakes happen, but it felt hurtful that she had prioritized another client that she had booked in that same time slot/day. Lily did a wonderful job with my hair color (balayage) & cut. The color was so natural and lovely. Very personable as well. The salon was also very cute!
