terrible customer service, Dr. Burroughs is amazing but her staff needs better training
I’ve been with Dr. Tracee for years and I would be lost without her. She’s the best!!!!
I was repeatedly double-, triple-, and quadruple-charged for sessions that I had already paid for. My therapist routinely canceled last minute, or just didn't show up at all (when sessions were virtual). There seemed to be a lot of turnover in staff.
I had an appointment scheduled with a psychiatrist at this practice. I was called two weeks ago, saying that I had to reschedule because the Doctor would not be available. But I couldn't reschedule with the Doctor because they no longer had any appointments available. So I would have to reschedule with the nurse practitioner. So I did for the next day, which would be tomorrow. Today I get a slew of phone calls while I'm teaching, being a teacher, I can't pick up the phone while I'm in the class, and said I needed to fill out... read more
