We have had five separate orders with this company and they seriously could care less about their customers. We have had nothing but issues with delivery and times and dates of delivery. One order has a couch and a side table. Got a message that the couch had finally arrived in their Ontario warehouse. It stated we would hear from the delivery company within 72 hours and we never got contacted again. Horrible customer service. They are a broken record on repeat. See their last reply .. they can not stock pieces. So ONCE again. Buyers beware!!! You can not see and test our pieces and then return them. You will have to pay the store to return your order. After they do not stock the items. If you need good customer service.. accent home is amazing, crate and barrel.
Daniel Stephens does not know how to provide customer service. They don’t stock furniture… so they expect you to order the furniture into the store and then if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, they expect you to pay a 15% restocking fee even though it’s a furniture store and they dont have the furniture. The store is honestly the worst customer service I have received in my lifetime.
Sadly, our purchase is not in our hands. Purchased Callie dining room chairs and counter stools back in January. We are told they are not available until April. I suggest you change your policy to a portion (30%) down and the rest payable when stock arrives and is in our hands. Help us understand when we enquired about the chairs that we were told there were around 80 in stock?
