We absolutely love our Boardwalk Urban Barn! The team is consistently friendly and goes above and beyond to help bring our home furnishing ideas to life. On our most recent visit, Shannon was incredible—she happily rearranged chairs, lamps, tables, and sofas throughout the showroom so we could better visualize different options. It turned into such a fun and engaging experience that even other shoppers started taking notice. An easy recommendation for anyone wanting both style and exceptional customer service.

We have had five separate orders with this company and they seriously could care less about their customers. We have had nothing but issues with delivery and times and dates of delivery. One order has a couch and a side table. Got a message that the couch had finally arrived in their Ontario warehouse. It stated we would hear from the delivery company within 72 hours and we never got contacted again. It took 36 hours to get a response from their customer service contact center which BTW you have to email NO phone number. The... read more
Horrible customer service. They are a broken record on repeat. See their last reply .. they can not stock pieces. So ONCE again. Buyers beware!!! You can not see and test our pieces and then return them. You will have to pay the store to return your order. After they do not stock the items. If you need good customer service.. accent home is amazing, crate and barrel.
Daniel Stephens does not know how to provide customer service. They don’t stock furniture… so they expect you to order the furniture into the store and then if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, they expect you to pay a 15% restocking fee even though it’s a furniture store and they dont have the furniture. The store is honestly the worst customer service I have received in my lifetime.
