My first time shopping at Urban Barn on the Boardwalk, I was greeted by sales associate Kai. Kai has gone over and above my expectations in helping me decorate an area in my home. Kai’s sense of fashion and decorating skills has made my purchases magazine worthy. Thank you Kai.
Very disappointed on the shipping/delivery process. With that being said, I have decided NOT to purchase the sideboard. Here are the details… Restock is June 30th, coming from BC, not arriving at either warehouse untill 6-8 weeks. Pickup is only offered at 2 warehouses, London and Mississauga. If you choose delivery, there are 2 options First, 99.00, comes pretty much together except for drawer handles, no biggee, BUT if it’sdamaged, it’s at the CUSTOMERS EXPENSE TO SHIP BACK TO A WAREHOUSE FOR REPLACEMENT. We absolutely love our Boardwalk Urban Barn! The team is consistently friendly and goes above and beyond to help bring our home furnishing ideas to life. On our most recent visit, Shannon was incredible—she happily rearranged chairs, lamps, tables, and sofas throughout the showroom so we could better visualize different options.
