After arriving at the store to purchase some bedding. I was told that they were out of stock. I think that if you advertising an item on a Black Friday sale at 40% off, you should have stock within the country to fulfill those orders. The staff was awesome. They encouraged me to leave my name and number and they would reach out to me when the item came back in stock but I wouldn’t get the Black Friday sale only, the 20% off accessories sale. Very disappointing.

Have purchased items 4 days in a row during the Decor Sale. Love how the area rug and table top items I purchased have come together. Thank you to our Kamloops Location that provided excellent customer service.
