After waiting for a month for my order I was told that an item was no longer available. After that I had to follow up 11 times to get responses from urban barn customer services on where the remainder of my order was and when it would be available for pick up. I used to be a die hard urban barn fan, and now I’m questioning ever ordering from them again.
Purchasing multiple pieces following a home renovation. Though we have not received any of the pieces yet to evaluate the quality or look, the service we were given from Julie was helpful, patient, and kind. It is a busy time of year for the staff and Julie was remarkable in finding the space within herself to treat us with respect. Thank you!
The customer service was excellent - I was acknowledged on entrance and checked in on, without feeling watched or hounded. This particular UB has great selection, and loads of sneaky sale items. Worth a good peek, be prepared to walk out with some goodies.
I recently visited Urban Barn and had such a great experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the store has a beautiful selection of home decor and furniture. Definitely a go-to spot for anyone looking to elevate their space!
