i ordered the Joyce Velvet coverlet on December 1st, I was notified yesterday that item was no longer available - 10 days after order was processed! I checked site and item is still showing available, I questioned this and was advised that some items are only available to certain customers eg: an item might only be available to customers in the east and western customers are not able to purchase - WHAT???? No longer an URBAN BARN customer.
Frustrating to say the least, we received a phone message saying the sofa and chair we were interested in was going on sale until Dec 5th. We then discussed the purchase and phoned back on Dec 5th, and were told that the sale was over on the 4th. When I played back the voice message the person on the end of the call said his manager says were too late. After pushing them, they reluctantly agreed to give me the sale price, but we were selecting the sofa with the upgraded foam and anti stain fabric, the guy just said he didn't... read more

After arriving at the store to purchase some bedding. I was told that they were out of stock. I think that if you advertising an item on a Black Friday sale at 40% off, you should have stock within the country to fulfill those orders. The staff was awesome. They encouraged me to leave my name and number and they would reach out to me when the item came back in stock but I wouldn’t get the Black Friday sale only, the 20% off accessories sale. Very disappointing.
