On Wednesday, August 27 at 5:20PM : I walked in ready to spend about $4,000 on a sofa, but I wasn’t even greeted. Instead, the woman at the register went straight to the back to call her colleagues over to deal with a register issue rather than ask if I needed help. It should have been obvious that I was interested.. I was sitting on sofas to test the feel and double-checking measurements. Heading over to Urban Barn Laval now... hopefully they’ll actually want my money and business.

Le pire service client que j’ai eu de ma vie. Commande passé en décembre toujours rien reçue en avril. Tout le monde se lance la balle dans cette compagnie , personne n’a été capable de faire un suivis descent à savoir où et pourquoi je n’avais pas reçue ma commande. J’ai eu droit à pleins de raison.. gérante qui démissionne , nouvelle en formation , vancance maladie. Jamais aucun retour d’appel ( j’appelais 1 x semaine ) Même quand on c’est présenté en personne, le personnel n’était pas capable de nous donner d’information ... read more
