What I like about UB is their therapists are down to earth, I've been here for both individual and couples counseling. Plus they take care of all insurance stuff for you. The offices are nice nothing fancy but very comfortable and there is a private waiting room.
I write this review as a therapist and owner (Clinical Care Consultants) of a Chicago suburban counseling center. Rarely, have I encountered a counseling / psychotherapy business like Urban Balance. Joyce Marter, the CEO, has done a remarkable job in creating a company that is befitting of it's name. We all are seeking emotional balance and personal/relational harmony.
