I had an oil change done at Urban Auto this week. The work was done in a timely way, and my car is always neat and tidy when I pick it up. I get good advice from Mike , the owner and we planned for the next big job I need which is getting my brakes done. Mike is there to provide you with a service and he said to me ‘you don’t have to do this till the end of October, Jo-Anne’. Others might have had me in the next day to make some money, but not Mike! I can count on him to give me sound advice and keep my car in great shape!
Urban is like no mechanic I’ve ever been to before. They give you a full report after each visit which helps analyze your cars maintenance and potential future issues. It even comes with videos to help you understand. Booking appointments is easy online and they update you with text messages when your car is ready.
