My car was in for an oil change and to have my snow tires put on. The mechanics at Urban Auto do a full check of my car and make recommendations of any other services that they feel I should consider. It’s never any pressure to do those things, but I trust them and understand that what they are suggesting makes sense. The service is always friendly there and I’m never disappointed with the quality of the workmanship. I highly recommend you try out Urban Auto. You will not be disappointed
Had a great experience when my regular shop was not available. Great service, organized and professional, seem very honest, and definitely entertaining. We had great conversation while I waited. We had many laughs for sure. Will definitely return - really nice group of people. This review is long long overdue!! Sorry guys!! - my truck isn’t broken again yet! Haha!
