Last week I went into Urban Auto to have a planned coolant change completed. As usual, Greg and Derek, who man the desk were as pleasant as ever and because it was so cold, I was offered a drive home, which I gladly accepted. That is a kind of service that you get at Urban Auto. When the work was completed, I was asked if I needed a ride, which I gladly accepted. The young man who picked me up was friendly and kind. Very friendly and honest mechanics, incredible service 12/10! I got my winter tires put on rims and installed onto my SUV, and Urban Group did a wonderful and speedy job! I would highly recommend Urban Automotive to others if you are looking for good people and honest work! They have another lifetime customer in me!
