The urban Atlantic group manages The Harlow, the building that I have lived in the past 2 years. Recently there has been a homicide that occurred in a public part of the building. For myself and many others, that has been the last straw. The lack of transparency and security measures has been pitiful. When MPD responded to this particular call they needed other residents to aid in letting the police in and getting them to the 10th floor.
