Ilya was awesome and helped repair my refrigerator within 30 minutes. I was recommended urban appliance repair by a neighbor and when I reached out Ilya was prompt and responsive. He showed up on time and was very friendly and explained the issues he found while repairing. I would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!
