I come here from Bremerton, with dogs and cats. Because it's worth the 2-3hrs one way to do it. They're super affordable, the wait is always short, they're very nice and polite, and they're realistic. The vet gave me all the options and didnt make me feel bad for not picking the most expensive treatment. They told me what they would do, which was also not the most expensive option.
The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. My pup just had major surgery with them and they kept me in the loop at every stage of the procedure. You can tell the people that work there are passionate about the heath and wellbeing of animals. I’m so glad that they are as great as they are; it’s hard to find a good vet after a big cross country move. Urban Animal has far surpassed my expectations!
My dog had an enlarged heart ( was born with it) so I had my dog put down June 13 at 11:37a.m. staff at urban animal did a wonderful job walking me through the procedure and allowing me to spend some quality time with him after he passed. He was five years old. Thank you urban animal (and doctor eisenegger) for letting me stay with my best friend for as long as I wanted.
I am very happy with my experience at Urban Animal. The staff is always polite, kind, friendly, good with my dog and forth-right about the cost of care. The costs are reasonable, and walk-ins are very handy. My primary doctor Dr. Eisenegger is absolutely great! I have found that it does help to request a specific doctor you like - as it does depend who is in/out.
