The doctors and staff are so kind and knowledgable! They take as much time as we need to get questions answered.
Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable, and the hours are fantastic. I also love the online store for prescriptions. I don't live in Capitol Hill, but this vet is worth the drive!
I've taken all three of my cats here. They are so friendly and professional. The exam rooms are clean and the lobby is very welcoming! I recently had to put down one of my cats due to heart failure. They were so kind to myself and so gentle to my cat. They let myself and my husband stay as long as we wanted after she passed. I choose to have her ashes and they came in a beautiful wooden box. I cannot recommend this place enough. On top of being friendly and professional, they are also very affordable.
Best vet I've ever had. All the staff is friendly and informative. My cat freaks out with people normally but he is surprisingly calm with the staff here.
I've never loved a vet so much. I feel completely confident that they always do what's best for my dog! Also, they have the best Facebook page.
After a long road trip from NYC we need a well exam and health certificate for our dog. After 3 vets said they couldn't help someone referred Urban Animal and it was amazing. Very friendly staff and quick to see the vet. If we lived here this would be our vet.
