Joann did my lip filler the other day and she’s excellent! Extremely knowledgeable, and professional. She took her time, which was appreciated. The clinic is clean and comfortable, as well.
I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Jo! She does my botox and dermaplaning, and I always leave feeling refreshed and confident. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and has recommended treatments that would enhance my features without ever being pushy. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail make every visit such a positive experience. Highly recommend her!

Such a great experience at Urban Aesthetics! Joann made me feel really comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. I was going for a soft, natural enhancement and she understood the assignment perfectly. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t rush anything. I love how my lips are healing so far—they look balanced and still feel like me, just enhanced. I’ll definitely be back!
