Such a great experience at Urban Aesthetics! Joann made me feel really comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted. I was going for a soft, natural enhancement and she understood the assignment perfectly. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t rush anything. I love how my lips are healing so far—they look balanced and still feel like me, just enhanced. I’ll definitely be back!
I had the pleasure of meeting Joann today. From the phone interaction, ease of scheduling, and the appointment itself I can’t say enough about wonderful she is. I was a little nervous about lip filler, and she made me feel comfortable enough that I honestly didn’t even think about it at all.
